Keneth Hall, MD, FACS, FASMBS
SURGEON, FOUNDER & CEO
Dr. Keneth Hall is a board-certified surgeon and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons. He is the CEO, Founder, and presently the Medical Director of Escape Medical P.C. Additionally, he is the Medical Director of the Hernia, Weight Loss, and Wound Centers at Rome Health in Rome, NY. Since taking that position in 2019, he has been instrumental in bringing minimally invasive general surgical techniques to the forefront of the institution and the central New York Community. Dr. Hall did his undergraduate education in the City University of New York system and received several scholarships and awards for academic excellence and commitment to research.
He received an MD from Howard University College of Medicine in 2005 and later underwent a rigorous general surgery training program at Stony Brook University Hospital. He completed a minimally invasive, robotic, and bariatric surgical fellowship at NYU Long Island in 2012. At NYU, Dr. Hall was Chair of the Committee on Obesity, director of Bariatric Quality Improvement, and director of Surgical Simulations. He was involved in several thousand surgeries and was instrumental in teaching and mentoring several medical students, physician assistants, residents, and fellows alike.
Dr. Hall is a well-sought-after surgeon, educator, and motivational speaker. He is frequently invited to speak and moderate at several symposia, graduation commencements, and medical associations nationally as well as around the world. He has contributed to many peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts for various esteemed international publications and has served as an adviser to many industry boards. He has received several prestigious awards over the years for his outstanding contributions to surgery, medicine, and the community at large. Most recently, Dr. Hall was featured on the cover of Millennium Magazine, by Marquis Who’s Who 7th Edition, 2021. He has been in numerous media outlets, including the NY Times Rising Star Award, MD News Magazine, and multiple Top Doctor Awards, and in 2016, he was honored with the 40 Under 40 Achievement Award from the Network Journal. He was presented with the Distinguished Alumnus Award from his alma mater, York College, CUNY, and is regularly featured in many local newspapers, TV, and radio stations in central NY.
At Escape, Dr. Hall will be working closely with his team of fellow doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other staff to deliver the highest quality and array of medical spa services in the entire upstate area under one roof. He will be performing procedures such as, but not limited to, injectables of all forms, including toxin and fillers, ultrasonic liposuction, and mini tummy tucks.

Lawson has resided and enjoyed living in many US and international cities. As an experienced business owner and financial operations leader, Lawson has brought over 25 years of proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing businesses. Lawson’s background spans entrepreneurship, financial management, finance transformation, and corporate leadership, with deep expertise in program management and team execution. He has led ventures from concept through scale, consistently delivering strategic vision, operational discipline, and financial rigor to drive sustainable growth and performance.
Cara Hoyle
Nurse
Cara brings more than 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse into the world of aesthetics, along with heart, intuition, and a deeply rooted sense of compassion. Her personal and professional journey has shaped a philosophy centered on authenticity: that true confidence is not about changing who you are, but embracing and honoring who you’ve become. Known for her gentle approach and artistic eye, Cara specializes in subtle, natural enhancements that elevate rather than alter. Her goal is to help each client feel comfortable, confident, and fully themselves through results that feel effortless, refined, and true to their unique features.
Cara believes that feeling aligned in your own skin changes everything. Through thoughtful consultation and personalized treatment, she creates an experience where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered, because when you feel your best, it shows in every part of your life.

Bridget Roberts, RN

A New Hartford native and graduate of St. Elizabeth College of Nursing, Bridget brings over 20 years of nursing experience and a strong clinical foundation to aesthetics. Bridget’s background spans gastroenterology and hospital administration, offering a well-rounded, patient-centered approach.
Certified by Empire Aesthetics, Bridget specializes in non-invasive treatments—including injectables, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation—focused on enhancing natural beauty and confidence. Known for her thoughtful, personalized approach, Bridget delivers subtle, refined results that help clients look refreshed while remaining authentically themselves.
Becky Irizarry
General Manager
Becky is a native of Westmoreland, NY, where she grew up and attended school. She is a seasoned professional who has worked in many industries, including a leadership role at Rome DMV, dentistry, and as an assistant to Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon of District 119, Utica, NY.
Gary Munn, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Gary Munn is a native of Utica. He graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2015 and has been seeing clients for many years. Gary brings with him diverse experience and highly skilled hands, coupled with a level of professionalism that’s unmatched.
Halle Biamonte
Aesthetician
Halle Biamonte grew up in Marcy, New York, as the youngest of three sisters—and the family favorite! A devoted dog mom to her pup Tito, Halle loves spending time with her close-knit family, enjoying outdoor activities, and staying active, whether hitting the gym, walking Tito, or playing volleyball. Halle’s passion for esthetics led her to study at the Continental School of Beauty in Syracuse, where she began her journey toward becoming an exceptional esthetician. Driven by a genuine love for helping clients feel beautiful and confident, Halle is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment you walk into the spa. She aims to bring out each client’s natural beauty with personalized care and expertise. Halle is thrilled to be part of our team and looks forward to sharing her passion with every client she meets!
Aaron Ross
Marketing Manager
Aaron is a New York native with a strong background in marketing, shaped by early exposure to family-owned businesses and their growth. He has supported expansion initiatives both domestically and internationally, working with organizations across the U.S., U.K., and Asia on integrated marketing and management strategies.
As a founding contributor to Escape Medical PC, Aaron has been instrumental from concept through launch. He leads day-to-day marketing efforts and drives promotional initiatives, focusing on strengthening the brand and deepening its connection with the local community.

Receptionist
Eléna, originally from Westmoreland and now residing in Utica, brings warmth and efficiency to our team at Escape Medical PC. As the youngest of 11 children in a large blended family, she has a natural affinity for creating a welcoming environment. Both colleagues and clients appreciate Eléna’s friendly demeanor, cheerful smile, and genuine encouragement. Her organizational skills keep our schedule streamlined, and her commitment ensures our providers stay on task, helping us deliver exceptional care every day.

Amy Pizzoli is a New Hartford native and wellness professional with over 10 years of experience in the medical weight loss and wellness sector, with a background in nutrition support, medical injections, and non-invasive body contouring technologies. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals and brings an international perspective from more than 20 years of living in Bologna, Italy, where she raised her family.

Chloé leads Social Media Marketing and Brand Identity at Escape Medical PC, where she oversees digital strategy, content creation, community engagement, graphic design, video production, and in-house marketing design. A Rome Free Academy Black Knight Alum, and lover of all things aesthetics, she’s excited to capture the stories of the community here at Escape. With a background in social media strategy and influencer management, she is passionate about connecting a brand to its people. Outside of work, shes a new mom and loves spending time with her son, and family
